Though Neda Nourani & Associates is considered a small business, we are fortunate to be able to continue working and serving our clients. Real estate is an instrumental part of our economy, and we are all working diligently to keep things moving. Dear Encinitas Community,
We are The Cardiff-by-the-Sea Foundation a 501c3 Non-Profit Community Organization seeking donations to start an Encinitas small business support fund.In partnership with the Harbaugh Foundation, we're looking to establish a reserve to support Encinitas small businesses during the COVID-19 crisis. The Harbaugh Foundation has generously committed to matching all donations made up to $30,000 to help establish the fund. We will work with all three Mainstreet Programs to allocate the funding to those who are in critical need of financial support.
Local businesses will be able to apply for mini grants through an online application form.
