Meet Neda Nourani Who Am I?
As a Real Estate Agent, I place the needs of my clients and their satisfaction above all else. My determination and attention to detail allows my clients to receive first class service coupled with the highest level of honesty and integrity. After years in careers as a Computer Programmer, Computer Teacher, and Business Owner, I decided to blend my love of people and learning, into building a career as a Realtor. I take great pride in being personable, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I always keep my sense of humor to help my clients deal with any of the stresses of home buying and selling. The level of trust that I have with my clients, other realtors, and vendors is what has enabled me to grow my business through a strong referral system.
Creativity, perseverance and accountability are a few characteristics that distinguish me from other agents. My hard work has helped me become the recipient of the 2010 President's Award (Top 1%) at Sea Coast Exclusive Properties, and I received the 2012, 2011, and 2010 "5 Star Realtor Award" in San Diego based on a survey from 25,000 recent home buyers who were asked to evaluate with whom they have had direct/personal experience. I also received The International Diamond award at Coldwell Banker in 2007 and 2008 (Top 7% Worldwide!) and Awards at Century 21 in 2005 & 2006. I have made the top 2% of realtors nationally in the midst of a recession and difficult, unstable economic times. Everyone involved in each transaction knows they can count on me to make sure they are being taken care of and that I am available to answer any questions and solve problems, anytime. I am deeply grateful for all of my clients, friends and associates for entrusting me with their business and their referrals that made it possible for me to achieve these honors. To do the best job I can for my clients, I market my listings outside California and the United States. By using the power of the Internet, I can reach the national and international market; I can help anyone outside the area who is looking to relocate as well as those who are looking to buy their first or next home. There's nothing more satisfying than helping my buyer find their dream home or bringing my seller top dollar for their home! With sellers, I know I can effectively market their properties through my extensive marketing and advertising channels and through networking with other realtors. My online presence allows sellers to reach a broader market, and buyers anywhere in the world to find the ideal North San Diego County property. Because I'm comfortable with technology, and have an excellent network and resources, I'm able to effectively provide essential information to my clients in a timely fashion. I have lived in San Diego for over 30 years, and as an experienced Real Estate agent I consider myself a specialist in the communities of Encinitas/Leucadia, Olivenhain, Carlsbad, Solana Beach, Cardiff by the Sea, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Rancho Santa Fe & La Jolla. I can easily pass along to my clients any details about these areas that might make a difference for them when purchasing a home. Additionally, I've been very active by participating in community functions, and volunteer programs in Encinitas & Carlsbad, and I've been fortunate to have developed long-term friendships with residents of the area, which allows me to expand my marketing efforts. I have been married for the past 30 years to a wonderful man who is a Program Manager for ViaSat, a local communications company. We have two children, who have attended North County schools while playing multiple sports. Brian, our son, graduated from Cal State and is now working full time while pursuing an MBA degree. Haleh, our daughter, is attending U.C. Berkeley, where she is a senior, and has played both Field Hockey & Lacrosse at Cal. When I can take time away from my business, I enjoy watching sports, reading, and when we can get away from our busy lives, we love to travel and meet people from all over the world.
 Sara Salisbury - Assistant Sara has enjoyed living in North County for over 20 years, so she knows the area well. She has been managing properties for over 15 years, and has studied both real estate and investing. Her past employment as a computer office specialist along with her experience in sales and marketing aid in her ability to support and assist both Neda and her clients. 
Chris Perryman - Marketing & Advertising Specialist Chris has spent the past 6 years working in the real estate community. She also has an extensive background in marketing and graphic design. She is able to combine what she knows about each of these fields to bring Neda and you, her clients, a fresh approach to getting your home noticed in this competitive market.
